Easter

The four of us

On Easter, we played as a family all day. Then we went to dinner with Grandma, Grandpa, Uncle Darren and Auntie Nidzara.  Afterwards, we went to Grandma's house for dessert and Easter Baskets.  I got two of them and Ollie got one that I helped him go through.  It was such a good day.

Park

Daddy pushing our new stroller.  I love to stand and look at Ollie.  I can also sit if I want to.
I look for things to play with in the grass
I'm throwing dirt to "feed" the ducks...but really it's all going in my hair.
Time for Ollie to eat!

My First Haircut

My curly hair was getting a little crazy so it was time to get my first real haircut.  Luckly, Mommy's best friend, Auntie Dianna was visiting and she is an amazing hair stylist.  I was such a good girl when she was cutting my hair.  They did give me a phone to play with and that can keep me busy for ever.

Ollie's 2 Week Check - Up

Mommy and Oliver
Oliver had his 2 week check up and I got to tag along because the Dr had to look at my stitches to make sure they were healing.  Overall, it was a great visit.  Baby Brother is perfect {we knew that} and the doctor was really impressed with how good he is at gaining weight {fits into our family for sure.}  Enjoy the pics!
He weighed 9 lbs and 1 oz which puts him in the 50 percentile

He 20.5 inches long which means the hospital gave him an extra 1/2 inch...he still is a lot taller than me when I was born

His head is good...brain is big like mine...and Daddy's.

Happy St. Patty's Day

This was the day before I fell down at the park.

Uh Oh...I fell down!

On Friday, March 18th, Mommy wanted to go to the park since it was Daddy's last day before going back to work.  Oliver, Mommy, Daddy and I all got ready and headed to a park that we usually don't go to.  I was so excited.  I was climbing everything!  Mommy and Daddy were commenting how great of a climber I was the minute before I slipped on a metal bar and hit my lip.  Blood was everywhere!  Even though Daddy was right there helping me climb, it all happened so fast, he wasn't able to catch me.  They knew I had to go to the ER...so they did their best job to stop the blood, take baby brother back home and go to the hospital.
Once we got to the hospital they put numbing stuff on my lip and had me wait.  Then the dr came in and said I needed 3 stiches on the outside and 1 on the inside.  They had to tie me up and restrain me so they could do it.  Mommy was so upset she left the room, but Daddy stayed with me.  I was a really good girl and when it was all done we left and I got a milk shake from In n Out.  That day was a rough day for me, but the next morning I was just fine.  My lip didn't look fine, but I felt good.  Two weeks later, my disolvable stiches didn't dissolve and my dr had to take them out.  Thank goodness Uncle William came to that appointment, because once again, I had to be restrained.  I'm much better now, and if you ask, I'd be happy to show you the boo boo on my lip.

Staying home with Mommy all day to keep my lip safe, gave me lots of time to help with baby Ollie

After  I got my stitches out, Mommy got me french fries.  They make everything better.
