She's Fired!

That's it!  8 months and no blogging?  Mia's fired.  I'm taking over!  After all, I do talk and walk, so it's about time I start blogging.  Mommy thinks we have a lot of updating to do, but once we're caught up, I'll be letting everyone know what it's like from my point of view.  - Oliver

Singing in Jesus' House

Me and my friends
Last week, on the way home from school I said, "Mommy, today I went to Jesus' house."  "Wow." Mommy said, "You did? Was he there?"  "No, Mommy, he's not there, but he's watching me." I replied.
Mommy acted in shock, not sure why, but I got to go to Jesus' House (the church at my preschool) to practice for our Christmas Show.  I guess mommy hasn't been Jesus' house lately, but she, Daddy, Ollie and Grandma got to come watch me walk down the aisle and sing Jingle Bells in front of a lot of people.
I wasn't shy at all!  I loved it!  I stood right in front and shook my bell.  I one point I decided I wanted to stand on the top step, so I moved, but when I realized no no one could see me, I went back to my original spot.  I saw Daddy in the audience and it made me happy.

Hanukkah 2011

Getting ready to light the candles
On Tuesday, the first night of Hanukkah, Bubbe, Grandpa Alan, Uncle and Auntie came over for dinner.  Daddy. Bubbe and Alan made yummy food and the rest of us played around.  It was so much fun to light the candles and open up presents.
What can it be?
