Uncle William's 30th Birthday

Happy Birthday Uncle William!  For my Uncle's birthday my mommy and daddy went out for the evening for his birthday party.  It was the first time they left me, but I had a great time with my Grandma Stewart and Cousin Tori.  My great Uncle Bob and Cousin Erin even came by to visit.  Uncle Darren and Auntie Nidzara took over and watched me until very late in the night.  Fortunately, I got to see my mommy at my 2 am and 5 am feeding because I missed her.

My Friends

I have so many friends for only being a month old.  My first play date was with my friend Baxter.  He was born only a few days after me.  His parents, Liz and Derrick, are friends with my parents.  We had a good time eating and getting our diapers changed.  Baxter doesn't look like he likes me in the photo, but I'm sure he does.  My next date was with my friend Cameron.  His parents, Stefanie and Brandon, invited me over to meet him.  I'm a few weeks older then Cameron so he was very sleepy during our date.

Silly Daddy

Sometimes when I'm really sleepy my daddy likes to do funny things to me.  Here he gave me funny faces.  I didn't mind and it made everyone laugh. 

I love taking baths

Mom and dad finally got around to bathing me. They thought I would cry, but I really like sitting in the warm water. It just feels so good. I don't like it very much when they take me out. It's just so cold! Daddy wraps me in a towel and cuddles with me before mommy puts my pajamas on.

I'm Here

Here's my family!  Mommy had a tough time keeping her eyes open...something about being really tired.

After a long time in my mommy's belly, I'm finally here!  I've waited a long time to see the people I heard talking all the time and I must say I'm impressed.  I was born at 5:41pm on 2-23-09 at St. Joseph Hospital.  I weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.  We stayed in the hospital for 2 days and I was so excited when it was time to go home.  My mom created the greatest nursery for me with birds and owls and I can't wait until my eyes can see it.  I definitely love the glider chair she rocks me in all the time.  It makes me fall asleep.  My dad put a stereo in my room and found a CD of Radiohead Lullubies.  It's my favorite music and when I'm upset it calms me down when he sings to me.
